Week 26! What's up with me Mentally, Spiritually, and Physically!

Greetings!



 This is week 26 for me in my pregnancy. I'm very excited! Sometime last week it hit me. I'm actually going to have to deliver this baby LOL. I started to prepare mentally, physically and spiritually.

     To prepare physically I attended a prenatal yoga class at the Babymoon Inn birthing center and it was awesome! The instructor was very attentive and boy did I get a good workout. I definitely thought yoga was just a little stretching. I wrong. I plan to keep it up for the remainder of my pregnancy. I also added another supplement to my routine. I'll talk about that later on.
   
   
I started reading Ina May's Guide to Childbirth. So far I have read a lot about other women's birth stories, and they are amazing. I had a beautiful vaginal birth with  my first daughter, but really want to go totally unmedicated this time around. That is my goal, but I know I will have to be happy with what ever birth I'm given. You can only control so much. However, Ina May's experiences on the Farm is truly amazing. I also started praying more, and being more mindful about being grateful and appreciative of everything around me that I have. Let me know what you were up to around this ti
