Travel Hacks for your Trip Abroad!

Greetings Fam Bam,

After a few international trips, I have combined a few useful tips when traveling abroad. Hope you enjoy.

Tip #1 Stay Secure

Get a security feature handbag. Some areas abroad have people that will pickpocket tourist. It is worth the investment to get a travel bag that can help you protect your personal items. The bag I purchased on amazon is by Travelon. It come with RFID blocking lining to prevent thieves from scanning your passport or credit cards while in your bag. It also has slash proof straps to keep some one from cutting your bag off of you and running. Another important feature are zipper locks to keep the zippers secure and hands out of your bag. These bags should be worn across your body, not just over the shoulder.

Tip #2 Bring wipes not liquids

Not all bathrooms have toilet paper or soap. This may sound alarming for those that live in the US, but it is very true. Get travel size personal wipes, hand sanitizing wipes and deodorant wipes to keep you fresh!

Tip #3 Stay charged

Research what type of adapter you will need so that you can stay pugged in while abroad. Some areas will also need a converter to change wattage. My husband bought a nifty all in one adapter on amazon. It will also be helpful to buy a portable charger. On long tours it might be challenging to find a place to plug in, and portable chargers will save your selfie moments.
